Meshkat Fast Lacquer Thinner is made from various solvents and is used to dilute nitrocellulose paints, clear coats, sealers, and fast-drying paints. Slowly add the thinner to the paint, and after stirring and achieving a uniform mixture, the paint is ready for use.
